Working Consulting collaborated with Nestlé Health Science to create Nestlé Health Trilha, an internal communication platform designed to keep employees up to date on key company updates, medical advancements, and sales strategies. This initiative serves as a monthly guide, offering tailored content for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and sales representatives.

The Challenge

With Nestlé Health Science operating in a highly dynamic and regulated industry, it was essential to provide consistent, structured, and engaging updates to both medical and commercial teams. The challenge was to create a platform that delivered relevant information efficiently and accessibly, ensuring alignment across different sectors of the company.

 

Our Solution

We developed Nestlé Health Trilha, a customized, interactive content hub that delivers the latest insights in a streamlined and digestible format. The initiative was divided into two specialized tracks:

1. Trilha Médica (Medical Track)
